“Enlightenment is intimacy with all things.” —The Zen master Dogen (1200-1253), founder of the Sōtō school of Zen
On this Sunday, as we delve into the concept of the Divine Feminine, we will be exploring how we can cultivate intimacy as a spiritual practice. Intimacy with our feelings, with the earth, with one another, with spirit, with the soul, with our heartbeat… and perhaps even with the virus itself.
Because we already have the impulse to connect, intimacy allows us to move from division to wholeness… We are invited to get closer and closer until we realize that we are, in fact, not separate but a part of everything.
