Apr 13, 2014
The sermon was delivered on Sunday, April 13, 2014, at All Souls Unitarian Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, by Rev. Marlin Lavanhar, Senior Minister.
There are times in people’s lives when they feel like they are “off the map” and without a trail when it comes to their personal or spiritual path. During these times we can wish we had a spiritual GPS that could help us locate where we are and where we need to go. On Sunday I will explore some of the geography and architecture of a spiritual journey including the descents and returns and the real ways that we move towards greater wisdom, compassion and personal depth. How do we find true north when we are lost or unsure which way we need to go? How do we learn to love beyond belief? How do we know when to stay and be still and when to run away?
