Jan 13, 2013
The sermon was delivered on Sunday, January 13, 2013, during the contemporary service at All Souls Unitarian Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, by Rev. Marlin Lavanhar, Senior Minister.
It’s been said, “Time is the most valuable commodity.” Do you feel like you have time to do the things that are most important to you? Who determines how you spend your time: your children, your employers, your creditors, your parents, your teachers, your clients, your doctors?
If you were told you needed to find a half-day every week to receive a radiation treatment in order to try to save your life, you would most likely find the time. What else would you consider worth sacrificing for? Do you know what is most important to you? Do you make time for it? If not, do you know why or how to make time? If you could make “the most valuable commodity,” time, would you? If you have the time (or maybe more importantly, if you don’t), join us to explore Making Time.
