Sep 20, 2015
The sermon was delivered on Sunday, September 20, 2015, at All Souls Unitarian Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, by Bishop Carlton D. Pearson, Guest Minister.
SERMON DESCRIPTION
We are not just human beings looking for spiritual experiences, we are spirit, having human and earthly encounters. We are all innately homesick for our spiritual essence. Prayer is the domicile of the spirit and praying is simply the experience of wanting or desiring, even designing the cognition of that reality. Prayer is related to the creative laws of the universe or of God and draws us into a deeper experience of our connection to our divine energies, unctions and functions of soul, mind and body.
